After last year's humbling and amazing turn-out for my session on grading, I want to revisit some of the ideas and topics and hear especially from those who have changed their grading policies over the past few years. For those unfamiliar with Dweck, Guskey, or Vatterott, I'll give a brief review, but I promise not to talk as much as I did last year!
